I will look briefly at the environmental issues in this blog however I am more interested in the packaging of fresh foods. Supermarkets package a lot of their pre-packaged vegetables in clear plastic materials. From my experience this causes the vegetables to sweat and often Eggs in fridge? If its not in the fridge in the supermarket how likely is it that its necessary is it to keep it in the fridge? Convo with uni mates on this topic, onions, tins, open jars in fridge?
